What’s the aim, really?

We think
We wonder
We worry
We overthink
We try not to think
And we think about that, too.

All, for what?
What are we trying to achieve, here?
Happiness?
Peace?
Contentment?

In the race to find it,
Do we realise the race is never going to end?
That there’s no winner or loser in this race?
That the race doesn’t matter?

While running, don’t we forget WHY we’re running?
If the ultimate aim is happiness,
Why run in it’s direction?
Why not find happiness in where we are?

No, I’m not talking about settling for things.
Dream big.
Do what it takes to achieve it.
But in that process, don’t stop living.

Because really,
What is the ultimate aim?
It’s happiness, right?

True 🙂 Realized this quite a while ago… but the trouble is, there are other people who may not see it the same way. Then they end up bitter that lack of ambition, lack of desires and lack of wealth ruined their lives. Always a tough ask…

Yeah.. Different people expect different things from life.. You cannot make them see what you feel and they can’t make you see what they feel. The best thing, therefore, in such circumstances is to walk on your own path… 🙂
